PacRep supplies the venue and the show, and your group has a great event. Raise money for your cause with minimal effort for your organization.

  • Steep discounts for fundraising events and theatre parties, for groups as small as 20 or as large as 500.
  • You pay a reduced price for a block of seats, then sell those seats for as much as you decide.
  • Return unsold tickets according to our policy for full credit, making the event "no risk".
  • Bring your own (donated) food and decor for a pre-show reception, and you have a profitable event that's easy to stage.
  • Also a great way to celebrate a special occasion, or to treat your employees or co-workers to a very special night out.

The offer applies to all PacRep venues: the newly remodeled Founders Theatre, the Circle Theatre and the Outdoor Forest Theater.

How a theatre party works: easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. 1. Reserve 100–500 tickets

We advance your group a set number of deeply discounted tickets for the performance of your choice. You sell as many as you can, return the unsold tickets according to our policy and receive full credit.

  2. 2. Arrange a pre-show party

A pre-show reception is easy to stage and lets you add a reasonable surcharge to the ticket price. Donated refreshments make the net income even larger. Parties begin at 6:00 PM (heavy hors d'oeuvres) or 6:30 PM (light refreshments), before the 7:30 curtain.

  3. 3. Sell to your group and supporters

Groups of 100–199 receive 25% off, 200–249 receive 30% off, and 250 or more receive a huge 40% off.
